Nathaniel Hall is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Engagement Manager at CYPFER, and cybersecurity executive specializing in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), cyber recovery, and executive cyber risk management. He leads complex incident response engagements for Fortune 1000 organizations, cyber insurers, breach counsel, and executive leadership teams, guiding clients through ransomware attacks, data breaches, business email compromise, and other high-impact cyber incidents.

Nathaniel serves as the strategic liaison between technical responders, legal counsel, insurers, and business leaders, translating complex forensic findings into actionable business decisions that accelerate recovery, minimize business interruption, and reduce operational and regulatory risk.

With more than a decade of cybersecurity experience, Nathaniel has led hundreds of enterprise cyber engagements across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, technology, and critical infrastructure. His expertise includes incident response, digital forensics, cyber recovery, post-breach remediation, cyber insurance, executive crisis management, and business continuity.

Before entering cybersecurity, Nathaniel served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman and Scout Sniper Platoon, completing two combat deployments to Afghanistan. His military service instilled the leadership, discipline, and composure required to operate in high-consequence environments—qualities that continue to define his approach to leading organizations through complex cyber crises.
Nathaniel holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Northeastern University.
